The Fourth District Container Village is a retail mall designed from refurbished shipping containers. Run by West Philadelphia’s largest business association, the West Philadelphia Corridor Collaborative – the Fourth District Container Village serves as a peaceful oasis for the West Parkside community and a place where dynamic small businesses can grow.
