The 4th District Container Village, in collaboration with Councilmember Curtis Jones, Jr., La21 Business Association, and Mural Arts Philadelphia, is calling on Black artists to participate in “The Valor Legacy,” an art exhibit created to honor Veterans Day and celebrate the contributions and sacrifices of Black veterans throughout American history. This exhibit will commemorate the bravery and resilience of Black soldiers who have fought in conflicts from the Revolutionary War to the present day.
